Mili Crncevic has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for 9 years. During her time working as a personal trainer and gym Instructor, she was always interested in helping others find balance in their everyday working lives. Mili discovered Bikram yoga in 2002 and has been practicing regularly ever since. The peace she felt after each class always left room for self-discovery and it wasn’t long before she knew that yoga would become part of her everyday life.

Her commitment to the path of yoga has been strengthened and inspired by her studies with Bikram Choudhury and with the completion of the 2005 Bikram teacher training in Los Angeles; In 2006 she studied in New York with Baron Baptiste completing the level 1 Power Vinyasa teacher training, a dynamic practice which she is keen to study further.

Mili has dedicated herself to serve each student and the greater yoga community by embracing the wisdom of yoga, guiding herself and others to experience their pure potential

Mili finds it is a joy, an honour and an inspiration to teach yoga. Mili can be contacted at mili@yogatree.com.au

Bettina Mitchell. I have been interested in health and fitness all my life. I’ve given most things a go; equestrian events, ballet, skiing, gym workouts and of course aerobics and all its variations. But nothing has inspired me and changed my life as significantly as yoga.

Although I’d been a keen Bikram practitioner for over 3 years, shortly after the Yoga Tree introduced the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa I was hooked and decided to do his teacher training  in Mexico in 2004. In my endeavor to continue to grow and develop both as a practitioner and a teacher of yoga, I have furthered my studies with Nicky Knoff, one of Australia’s most respected yoga teacher trainers, completing the foundation level training in August 2006.

I have also attended workshops with Donna Farhi, Wade Morissette, Andrew Mournehis, Nicole Walsh and Phil Goodwin.

My passion is about yoga for therapy, empowering the individual through fluid movement, body alignment and strength. I‘m available for personal private classes.

Dagmar K. Rollpiller fell in love with yoga in 1998 after running a marathon in which she sustained a hamstring injury. Needless to say her love affair turned into her career after completing the Bikram yoga training in Los Angles followed by the Moksha yoga training in Canada. Dagmar has also workshopped with many world-renowned yogis such as Dharma Mittra, Cindy Lee, David Life & Sharon Gannon, John Friend, Rodney Yee, Seane Corn, Michael Stone and many more. Dagmar’s intention is to keep ‘stretching out of the box’ to learn, to laugh and enjoy the process.

I am honoured to be teaching & learning with all of you here in Melbourne at the cosy Tree!
